Illia Shaposhnikov has been practicing law for more than 23 years, focusing on comprehensive legal support of businesses and corporate and civil law practices.
He graduated from the Kyiv International University in 2000 and holds a specialist's degree in Commercial Law and Litigation and Civil Law and Litigation.

He has tremendous experience of claim administration, litigations, legal drafting and other paperwork, forced recovery of debts, representation and defense of clients in courts of all instances, participation in judicial proceedings involving insolvency (bankruptcy, rehabilitation), in corporate, property and land disputes, including those in which the Prosecutor General’s Office, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministers, local governments and other municipal bodies acted as parties.
Illia has additional knowledge of and work experience in such related sectors as accounting and reporting, auditing, economics, taxation, including with the involvement of non-residents, tax optimization and successful experience of appealing against resolutions of controlling bodies.
He has been giving full legal support to businesses and large investment agreements, including investments in construction on terms of shared participation, reconstruction, relations with contractors and land relations, setting up construction financing funds, reorganizing a group of companies, including merger clearance with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, dissolution of enterprises.
He has experience of working with non-residents, foreign companies operating in Ukraine, giving legal support to foreign economic activities, conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations of real estate, land, participatory interests, business entities, investments and development projects.
